1. Not a Substitute for Professional Advice (Our Core Principle)
The App is designed and curated to be a powerful tool for personal reflection and cognitive restructuring. It is an educational and self-help resource.
However, it is not a medical device, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy from a qualified healthcare provider. The App does not and cannot provide any form of clinical care.

2. In Case of Crisis or Emergency
The App is not a crisis support service and is not monitored.
If you are in crisis, are thinking about harming yourself or others, or believe you may be in any danger, you must call your local emergency number immediately (e.g., 999 in the UK, 911 in the US, 112 in the EU) or go to the nearest emergency department.
